Is there a free plan or free trial?
Bizlivo does not offer a free plan — every plan is a paid subscription starting at ₹599/month. We do offer a free 30-minute live demo so you can see the full platform before you commit. Book your demo and we'll set everything up with you.
What is included in onboarding?
All plans include self-serve onboarding — add your services, staff, and hours and you can go live the same day. Pro plan includes priority onboarding support via email. Enterprise plan includes a dedicated 1-on-1 onboarding session with a Bizlivo specialist who sets up your account with you.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan activates immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is Bizlivo only for salons and barbershops?
No. Bizlivo works for any appointment-led local business — salons, spas, clinics, yoga studios, tattoo studios, pet grooming, nail studios, and wellness centers. If you take appointments and have staff, Bizlivo fits.
Do customers need to download an app to book?
No. Customers book through your Bizlivo booking page on any phone browser — no app download needed. The mobile app is for business owners and staff to manage operations on the go.
Can I use my own brand colors, logo, and domain?
Pro plan includes full custom branding — your logo, colors, banner, and no Bizlivo badge on your booking page. Enterprise plan adds a white-label custom domain (e.g. booking.yoursalon.com).
Does Bizlivo support WhatsApp and SMS reminders?
Yes, from the Growth plan onwards. Customers receive WhatsApp and SMS notifications for booking confirmation, 24-hour reminder, and 2-hour reminder — reducing no-shows significantly.
Does Bizlivo support online payments?
Yes. All plans support online payments at booking (via Razorpay) and walk-in payments (Cash, UPI, Card, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay). Payment mode and status are recorded for every booking.
