Who operates Bizlivo
Bizlivo is operated by Akash Diwakar, a sole proprietor registered in India under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-RJ-17-0671804, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Akash Diwakar is the data controller for the data Bizlivo collects to run its own platform, including business owner accounts and data obtained from Meta platforms.
Bizlivo's role vs. the business's role
When you book with a business through its Bizlivo booking page, that business decides why and how your information is used. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the business is the Data Fiduciary for that data. Bizlivo only processes it on the business's behalf, as a Data Processor.
A business's own privacy policy
A business may publish its own privacy policy on its booking page. That policy governs how the business collects, uses, shares, and stores your information, and the business alone is responsible for following it and for complying with the law. Bizlivo is not responsible for what a business does with data outside the platform. This includes data it exports, downloads, copies into other systems, or uses for its own marketing.
Information we collect
We may collect business profile details, contact information, customer names, phone numbers and email addresses, booking data, staff details, customer interactions, payment references, support messages, and analytics needed to operate the platform.
How we use information
We use information to provide websites, bookings, CRM, payments, reviews, analytics, support, security, and product improvements for the businesses and customers on our platform. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Your booking details are shared with the business you book with. We also use service providers such as payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp/email providers, and hosting, strictly to run the platform. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.
Your rights
To access, correct, or delete the information a business holds about you, contact that business first, because it controls that data. If you cannot reach the business, write to us and we will help pass on your request. Business owners can manage their own account data directly or through us.
Data minimization and legal requests
We follow a data minimization policy: we collect, use, and disclose only the minimum personal information necessary for the stated purpose. If we receive a request from a public authority for user data, we review its legality before responding and disclose only what is strictly required.
Retention
We keep information for as long as the business's account is active and as long as it is needed for bookings, tax, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. This includes the history of changes businesses make to their own policies. If a business's profile is removed for non-payment, its data is permanently deleted 30 days after removal. Records we must keep by law, such as Bizlivo's own invoices, are kept.

We design Bizlivo with access controls, secure platform practices, and operational monitoring to protect business and customer information.
